Return Policy

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Provided your return is received within 14 days from the date of receipt, in a resaleable condition, with all labelling and packaging/box intact, your return will qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Shipping costs are only refundable if the order was cancelled, faulty or incorrect. Online exchanges are not accepted. We are happy to assist with an exchange in-store.

Oops, a Fault with the Item Received! 

In the unlikely event you have experienced a fault with the item purchased, please advise soonest by emailing us images of the fault and your order details. 

We will require the item to be returned to us for inspection. The item will be replaced or refunded if a genuine fault is determined. 

Shipping & Handling


We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday. Please allow additional time for processing during Busy Periods. 

Orders are shipped via An Post – ROI and DPD for our Northern Ireland customers. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure to input the correct eircode and contact number when placing your order, as this will ensure efficient delivery.
