Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Provided your return is received within 14 days from the date of receipt, in a resaleable condition, with all labelling and packaging/box intact, your return will qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Shipping costs are only refundable if the order was cancelled, faulty or incorrect. Online exchanges are not accepted. We are happy to assist with an exchange in-store.
Why may your return be declined?
Should a returned item show any signs of wear, be marked or scuffed, the return will be declined and returned to the customer.
The return of tights and undergarments is only accepted if faulty.
Return of sale items is only accepted if faulty.
Returns received outside of our 14 days return policy will not be accepted.
All items returned should be securely packaged and returned in the original packaging/box. Any damage caused whilst in transit back to us may affect your chances of a full refund.
Take care when trying on shoes. We recommend trying shoes on a clean surface, as any damaged, marked, or scuffed return of shoes will not be accepted.
Oops, a Fault with the Item Received!
In the unlikely event you have experienced a fault with the item purchased, please advise soonest by emailing us images of the fault and your order details.
We will require the item to be returned to us for inspection. The item will be replaced or refunded if a genuine fault is determined.
