Commission Structure
Teachers will receive 5% commission on all net online sales linked to your school, excluding VAT and delivery charges. Commission is not applicable to discounted or promotional items, or to cancelled, refunded, or returned items.
Commission is tracked automatically through your unique school link.
Calculated and issued half yearly or yearly and paid via bank transfer
Promote Your School on Our Website
As part of the Dance School Programme, we also promote your studio. Your school will be featured in our School Directory, were parents visiting our site can discover your school, location, styles taught, and contact details.
Terms & Conditions
By joining our Dance School Programme, you agree to the following terms.
Our aim is to keep everything clear, fair, and simple for both schools and our team.
Commission Structure
Teachers will receive a 5% commission on all net online sales linked to their school.
Net online sales are calculated excluding VAT and delivery charges.
Commission is not applicable to discounted or promotional items, or to cancelled, refunded, or returned items.
Commission is calculated on sales made through your dedicated school link.
Echappé Ballet and Dance Boutique reserves the right to adjust commission calculations where orders are amended, refunded, cancelled, or returned after commission has been credited.
Commission Payments
Commission is paid half-yearly or annually via bank transfer. Payment schedule will be agreed with each school upon joining. Payments are made following reconciliation of sales. Schools will receive a summary of sales prior to payment.
School Information & Tracking
Each participating school will be linked to a dedicated page on our website featuring their uniform requirements.
Schools are responsible for ensuring their details and requirements remain accurate and up to date.
Participation
Participation in the Dance School Programme does not require exclusivity. Can be used alongside existing suppliers.
We are happy to work in partnership with schools in a way that best suits their needs.
Payments
All commission payments are made via bank transfer only to a nominated account provided by the school.
It is the responsibility of the school to ensure accurate banking details are provided. Any changes to payment details are communicated to us in advance.
Changes to the Programme
Echappé Ballet and Dance Boutique reserves the right to update or amend these terms where necessary. Adjust the programme structure if required.
Any significant changes will be communicated to participating schools in advance.
Termination
Either party may withdraw from the programme by providing written notice. Any commission owed up to the date of termination will be calculated. Payment will be issued in the next scheduled payment cycle.
General
Participation in the programme does not create an exclusive agreement. We may work with multiple schools in the same area. Our goal is to support schools, parents, and students with high-quality dancewear and service.
